Collections Copilot

A Chrome extension for Gmail

Stop rewriting the "just checking in" email.

Collections Copilot reads the client thread you already have open and drafts the next payment follow-up: friendly, firm, or final notice. You review it, you send it.

3 drafts a month free. 7-day trial of unlimited on install. No Google account access. It only reads the thread you have open.

Three stages. It picks the tone, you pick the moment.

WhenStageWhat it writes
Day 1 to 3Friendly nudgeWarm, short, one clear ask. Assumes it slipped their mind.
Day 7 to 14Firm reminderStates the amount, how overdue it is, and a date you expect payment.
Day 30+Final noticeNo warmth, no apology. A hard deadline and the consequence.

It reads the thread

Invoice number, amount, due date, what you already told them. If a reminder already went out, the next draft knows, so the tone escalates instead of repeating.

You always hit send

It writes into the reply box and never sends on its own. It never touches your inbox beyond the thread you have open.

It tracks who you're chasing

A side panel keeps a short list of clients and what step each is on, so you're not holding it in your head.

Questions

Does it read my whole inbox?

No. It only reads the thread you have open when you click Draft follow-up. It has no Google account access and no Gmail API permissions.

Does it send emails for me?

Never. It writes the draft into your reply box. You edit it and press Send.

What invoicing tools does it work with?

Any. If the invoice was sent by email, or the client replied about it in Gmail, it can read it from the thread.

What do I get for free?

Three drafts a month at every stage, plus a 7-day trial of unlimited drafts when you install.
