What Collections Copilot reads: only the Gmail thread you have open when you click "Draft follow-up." The extension does not read your inbox, does not scan other emails, and does not request access to your Google account.

What we send to our server: the text of that one open thread, sent to our backend to generate a draft. Our servers do not store the thread content after the draft is generated. Anthropic, which powers the drafting, may retain API inputs briefly per its own data retention policy.

What we store: the invoice details you see in your own chase-list side panel (client name, invoice number, amount, stage) — stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

What we never do: send email on your behalf, sell or share your data, or use it for anything other than generating the draft you asked for.

Billing: handled by ExtensionPay/Stripe. We don't see or store your card details.
